Questions worth asking before you pay.
Do files and images count as links?
Yes — every piece of content you create counts as one link, whether it's a redirect, a PDF, an image, or a code snippet. QR codes attach to your links automatically and don't count separately.
Can I undo a destination change?
Yes, on redirect, file, and image links. Every time you update a destination, the previous one is saved and restorable from your link settings. Code snippet links don't support versioning yet.
What happens when I reach the Free plan limit?
You won't be able to create new links until you delete an existing one. Upgrading to Pro removes the cap entirely.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes — Pro, Team, and Organization plans support custom domains. Point your domain at Linkr and all your links will use it. We don't provide domains; you bring your own.
Can I upgrade or downgrade whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What am I committing to with annual billing?
You pay once upfront for the full year at the discounted rate. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again.
How does a workspace work for teams?
A workspace is a shared link library. In shared mode, everyone on the team sees each other's links. In private mode, members only see their own. Team and Organization plans include one workspace — Organizations can add more by contacting support.
Is there a trial before I pay?
No time-limited trial — but the Free plan is free forever, no card required. Upgrade when you're ready.
What if I change my mind after paying?
Monthly plans are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime. Annual plans get a full refund within 14 days of purchase — just contact support. After that window, they're non-refundable but stay active until the end of your billing period.
